Returns & Refunds Policy
General Policy
Due to the low-cost nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in cases where an item arrives damaged or your order is deemed undeliverable by USPS.
Refunds

Refund Method – Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. If you need funds sent to a different account, please contact your bank for assistance in rerouting the payment once processed.

Undeliverable Orders – If USPS determines your package is undeliverable, it will be returned to our HQ. Once we physically receive it and confirm its status, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot reship undeliverable packages—you will need to place a new order.

Returned Packages – If your U.S. package is returned by USPS, we will refund your order after it is received and confirmed undeliverable. We cannot provide detailed reasons for the return, as that information is not always made available to us by USPS.
Damaged Items
If an item arrives broken, please email customerservice@hellotonatural.com with a photo of the damaged product within 5 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement.
Gifts
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for gifted items. All gift sales are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Hello To Natural is not responsible for packages that show “Delivered” in tracking but are lost or stolen after delivery.

Upon request, we will confirm the delivery address, date, carrier, and tracking details so you can follow up with the shipping carrier.

If the carrier cannot locate your package, contact us at customerservice@hellotonatural.com with the case number they provide, and we will assist you further.
