Order Processing

Most orders ship within 5–7 business days (business days do not include weekends or holidays).

During high-volume periods—such as promotions or new product launches—processing times may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have an account with us, you can also view tracking in your order history.
Delivery Timeframes

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Typically arrive 3–5 business days after shipping. Please allow up to 7–10 business days total for processing + shipping.

International Orders: Can take 10–21 business days after shipping, depending on customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, weather, strikes, or carrier issues.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You can also check your tracking information under Account Details if you created an account at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on:

Postal service used
PO Boxes & APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For military addresses, please follow USPS formatting guidelines (APO, FPO, DPO + correct state code: AA, AE, AP).
Address Changes
Once an order ships, we cannot change the shipping address.
If the address is incorrect, you may be able to update it directly with USPS before delivery.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded once received and confirmed as undeliverable.
Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” but Missing Packages

USPS may mark a package “Delivered” before it arrives. Check again in 1–2 business days, and ask neighbors or your local post office.

Hello To Natural is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a confirmed delivery scan.

If your package is missing, contact USPS for a case number, then email us at hello2natural@gmail.com with that number so we can assist further.
Returned Packages
If USPS returns your package as undeliverable:

We will issue a refund once the order is received at our HQ.

We are unable to reship returned orders—you’ll need to place a new order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email customerservice@hellotonatural.com with a photo within 5 days of delivery. We’ll replace the damaged item at no cost.
International Shipping & Restrictions
We ship worldwide, except to the following countries:
Turkey, Democratic Republic of Congo, Cote D’Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Vietnam, Guatemala, North Korea, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Sudan, and Syria.

All international orders may be subject to customs and duty fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
